1 General Terms & Conditions

Hagy BDT (hagybdt.org) is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Hagy BDT and its users.

3 Deposits and Payments

The following payment methods are currently supported on Hagy BDT:

Minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. Maximum daily deposit limit is 50,000 BDT. Deposits are generally credited instantly. Any delay due to technical issues will be resolved within 24 hours.

Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method may result in the deposit being voided and your account suspended.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawals from Hagy BDT:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods.
• Deposited funds will be returned via the same method where possible.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirement on the bonus balance has been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

Hagy BDT reserves the right to investigate withdrawal requests flagged as suspicious. Payments may be placed on hold during the investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Hagy BDT offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special promotions from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms. General bonus policies are outlined below:

• Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement (WR), which is generally 20–40 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• The same person may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Meeting the WR is mandatory before withdrawing winnings earned through a bonus.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Hagy BDT operate using third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is completely random and fair.

• If a connection is lost during a game, it will resume from where it left off once reconnected.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, that round will be considered cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under the Hagy BDT Terms and Conditions:

• Using automated bots or software to play games.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Hagy BDT reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC).
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may request account closure at any time. The closure process will be completed within 7 business days of the request. Any verified balance can be withdrawn prior to closure.
